Transport Exchange Group has launched an online dashboard for owner-operators.
The dashboard is available to individual members of its Haulage Exchange and Courier Exchange brands and allows them to advertise vehicle availability and return journeys, as well as give them an overview of recent booking activity and feedback. It also includes a map detailing other nearby members.
The dashboard also provides an overview of the drivers compliance documents and uses a traffic light system to notify them of which documents are about to expire.
The group is also planning introducing a similar dashboard for companies later this year. It will include additional functions such as graphical reports on user activities and rolling gross profit margins.
Transport Exchange Group MD Lyall Cresswell said: “The owner driver dashboard provides immediate access to the right information to put them in complete control and ensure we continue to deliver a useful service to our members."
