Operators looking to meet the requirements of Fors silver or gold, or the Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety (Clocs) scheme, should register to attend a demonstration event on Thursday 26 February at ExCeL, London.
The event is a practical demonstration of the requirements for both schemes and those who attend will have the chance to join guided tours and speak with vehicle manufacturers, relevant equipment and service suppliers, as well as representatives from Clocs and Fors.
The demonstration includes new vehicles from leading manufacturers designed with input from across the truck and logistics industry to offer safer vehicles with improved direct vision suitable for use in the urban environment. There will also be a range of existing vehicles enhanced and retrofitted with the latest safety features and modifications.
