At the CV Show 2014, contract hire and rental giant Ryder announced it was renewing a five year tyre supply contract with Bridgestone, covering most of its fleet of 25,000 vans, trucks and trailers. Ryder has sealed a contract hire deal with West Midlands-based Plastic Coatings for three new 18-tonne DAF CF230 rigid trucks. The deal comes ahead of the 20th anniversary of Ryder and Plastic Coatings’ working relationship this summer.
Ryder is expanding its Devizes site and recruiting 25 new staff in its FleetCare business.
