Clipper Logistics has had its contract with fashion retailer New Look extended to July 2019. It will continue to deliver and collect boxed and hanging garments from New Look’s 542 stores on a set weekly frequency. It is to also handle the delivery of the retailer’s click and collect orders. Yusen Logistics has renewed its contract with Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK), a contract it has held since 2008.
DHL Supply Chain has won a six-year contract extension, worth some £75m, with BP’s UK Convenience Retail business. Under the contract, DHL will provide warehousing and distribution services to BP’s 350 company-owned forecourts across the UK, handling 19 million cases per year of 1,400 product lines. DHL also provides frontline support on order and delivery queries for BP’s company owned stores.
