Argos is to put 76 newly-branded trucks on the road this autumn, comprising a mixture of Mercedes-Benz Actros units and Scania P340 gas-powered trucks. The trucks, replacements for older vehicles, will feature the retailer’s new advertising stapline, Get Set Go Argos. The 71 Euro-6 Mercedes Actros tractor units all have 400hp straight-six engines, Mercedes PowerShift 3 automated transmissions and the 2.3m-wide ClassicSpace sleeper cab.
