Pall-Ex appoints operations director

Pall-Ex has appointed Kevin Morley as operations director, the first senior appointment since Cris Stephenson was named UK managing director of the pallet network.

Morley has been charged with overseeing operations at the network’s various hubs across the UK.

He will also have a role to play in looking at the long-term expansion strategy that will continue to be implemented by Pall-Ex.

Morley was a regional business manager at recycling firm Sita UK, and has experience in the parcels sector with a number of companies, including the forerunner of Yodel, as well as TNT Express.

Stephenson said: “I am delighted to see someone with the skills and experience of Kevin join our UK board.

“He has worked in the industry since 1980 and as operations director, will draw upon his impressive people management and logistics experience to keep the Pall-Ex network moving.

Pall-Ex recently revealed it would be expanding its out-of-hours service nationally.
