Two transport managers at Lincolnshire bulk haulage firm Alford Traffic Services have completed a management buy-out. The deal, which was completed by transport managers Will Peck and Mike Limb, has secured the future of the business after its owners decided to sell the company. The Barclay brothers, Sir David and Sir Frederick, owners of parcel giant Yodel, remain the richest men involved in road transport with a fortune of £2.2bn. Alastair Salvesen and family are second.
