Ipswich-based Fortec member Lombard Shipping has unveiled its new corporate image and livery, which it hopes will attract more business.
The livery is gradually being rolled-out across both its tractor unit and trailer fleets. All 36 HGVs, which operate from sites in Huddersfield, Liverpool, Norwich and Belfast, will soon feature the new image.
The operator says it has bought its image “into the 21st century”, whilst keeping its recognisable original branding. It has also invested in the updated Fortec livery on the trailers it uses for pallet network work.
MD Simon Fraser said: “The time was definitely right for a corporate identity refresh but we were keen not to lose those elements that are synonymous with Lombard Shipping’s professionalism and quality of service. The new branding fits the bill perfectly, refreshing our industry leading status.”
The new branding has also been incorporated into its depot signage and website.
