Recently-launched home delivery firm Transline Logistics claims to have exceeded the one million parcels a month milestone in just one year of trading. DPD research has revealed that three-quarters (73%) of Brits have ditched their online shop at checkout stage due to restrictive or expensive delivery options. Around 40% of shoppers complained that they are not generally offered a free delivery option, despite the fact this is the preferred choice for three-quarters of consumers.
