Lloyd Fraser said it was in a strong financial position with healthy cash reserves after reporting a 3.4% increase in turnover last year. Lloyd Fraser Group has placed a 55-truck order with rental firm Ryder following a major 3PL contract win with an undisclosed fashion retailer. The order comprises 45 rigids – 16 Daf LF 7.5-tonners and 29 CF 18-tonne box trucks – which will be used on multi-drop delivery work, as well as 10 Renault Premium 44-tonne tractor units, which will be used on overnight trunking runs to the company’s five hubs.
