Clipper Logistics Group has opened a new shared-user DC in Essex, which it hopes will improve service for retail customers in London and the South East. Clipper will base 50 vehicles at the site, which is located at Pinnacles West in Harlow. It was chosen due to its proximity to ports and access to the trunk road network.
