The winners of the FTA everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards for 2014 were announced at a ceremony at The Savoy Hotel in London today. The FTA met with the Treasury last Thursday (5 February) to discuss the real effect the plummeting cost of oil was having on the freight transport sector.
With work currently taking place on London’s Cycle superhighway scheme, and ahead of the introduction of the London Safer Lorry Scheme in September, the FTA’s Managing Freight in London conference will take place next month.
