The North West-based hauliers revealed they had formalised their joint-venture last month, after the award of a new contract with construction materials manufacturer Knauf Insulation. Farrall’s Transport has invested £3.5m in a new 81,000ft² food grade facility in Deeside to tap into a predicted boost in port-centric logistics from the opening of the Liverpool SuperPort next year.
