Yodel and APC Overnight have revealed record volumes over the Christmas period, after investing in infrastructure and staff in 2013. Parcelforce Worldwide has opened a new parcel sort hub in Chorley, Lancashire, as part of parent Royal Mail’s investment in growing its parcels business.
APC Overnight has reported larger parcel volumes this year as well as a greater uplift on its busiest day, after seeing increases in both turnover and pre-tax profit last year.
