Phil Couchman, CEO of DHL Express UK and Ireland, has been shortlisted in the Leader of the Year category of the National Business Awards.
The 2013 Leader of the Year will be decided by a combination of online votes from the business community, which must be cast by the deadline of 30 October, and a jury of peers who will vote in a secret ballot. The winner will be announced at the Grosvenor House on 12 November.
Couchman is up against the bosses of Barclaycard, Thomas Cook, Compass and Telecity, and DHL is urging the logistics industry to get behind its 'vote for Phil' campaign to help put logistics in the national spotlight.
