Yodel has simplified its business structure so that all operations will now be run through Yodel Delivery Network.
Since it was established in 2010 following the merger of DHL Domestic and HDNL, the parcel carrier operated through four sister companies; Yodel Delivery Network , Parcelpoint, HDN (NI) and Yodel Transport.
Yodel has now revealed that it will now operate all activities under Yodel Delivery Network.
A spokeswoman said the move was made “purely to simplify our group structure” and confirmed that its trading name and brand will remain the same.
The parcel carrier last month launched Yodel Direct, its first delivery and collection service aimed at small businesses and consumers.
