DHL Supply Chain has come to a pay settlement with union Unite at Jaguar Land Rover following a dispute that had lasted two months. Union Unite has claimed that Morrisons’ plans to restructure operations at its Wakefield DC, revealed earlier this week, include the closure of a warehouse and changes to workers’ hours.
In November, DHL Supply Chain revealed it had beaten off rival bids to renew a six-year fuel distribution contract with the UK’s fourth largest supermarket, Morrisons – a deal that extends their overall working relationship to 12 years.
