DHL Supply Chain has come to a pay settlement with union Unite at Jaguar Land Rover following a dispute that had lasted two months.
Staff at DHL voted for industrial action at Jaguar Land Rover’s plants in Castle Bromwich, Solihull and Hams Hall in July after union members rejected a pay increase offer of 4.5% for drivers, warehouse and plant staff for 2013, plus a 3% or retail price index increase in 2014.
The dispute also involved pay for permanent and agency drivers provided to DHL by Milestone, Staffline and NAC.
A spokeswoman for DHL Supply Chain said: “We are pleased that our revised offer has been accepted by our workforce.
“Our priority now is to get back to the job in hand, continuing to support Jaguar Land Rover.”
DHL did not reveal the terms of the accepted offer.
