The United Pallet Network (UPN) has launched a mobile App, providing customers and depots alike with a track and trace service. The App, developed in-house, allows the tracking of palletised goods through their journey from collection, to UPN’s Lichfield hub, to final delivery via the input of a consignment number and postcode. A year after taking on the role of commercial director at pallet network Fortec, after 13 years looking after the finances, Marcus Fischer reflects: “It’s been an interesting 12 months.
