City Link is launching two new cross-border packet delivery services as it continues with its plans to become a ‘one stop shop’ for customers.
Its untracked service, called Citypack Worldwide, is available now, while a tracked packet service will be launched later in the summer.
Both will be powered by Belgium’s bpost International and will offer delivery aims of 3-5 working days for the EU, 3-7 working days to the rest of Europe and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world.
Sales and marketing director Tim Brown said: “Our international strategy is about ensuring that our customers are guaranteed the same level of excellent service they have come to expect of City Link when a parcel leaves UK shores.”
The launch of City Link’s international service follows the extension of its partnership with Secured Mail to include mail items.
