Palletline has parted ways with its operations director of seven years, Mark Pulford, by 'mutual consent", MotorTransport.co.uk has learnt.
Pulford joined the Birmingham-based pallet network in June 2006. He left in February of this year. Before this he was director of operations at Palletline rival Pall-Ex for seven years.
Kevin Buchanan, MD of Palletline, confirmed the departure and said the company was currently looking to recruit both an operations director, and a sales and marketing director into the business.
The sales and marketing director role will a first for the network, which celebrated 20 years in business during 2012, and comes as part of a new five year development plan for Palletline.
