Yearsley Group has officially opened its new Hams Hall ‘superhub’ at Coleshill, in the West Midlands. The site, which it bought from Ropemaker Properties after formally acquiring the business and assets of former site occupier Partner Logistics Hams Hall in September last year, incorporates a 200,000ft² automated cold store.
