Mars has renewed its regional distribution contract with Fowler Welch, extending the relationship by two years. The contract covers a factory clearance service and outbound distribution to retailers and secondary wholesalers. Fowler Welch will run from two locations in the Midlands and Greater London, using a dedicated fleet. The operator has held the contract for three years. Ceva Logistics has renewed its contract with newspaper publishers Trinity Mirror for five years, building on a ten-year relationship between the two parties. As part of the contract Ceva makes 33,000 deliveries of the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror to Trinity Mirror’s wholesaler network each year.
