Courier CitySprint has acquired Warrington-based Sameday UK, its 10th acquisition in three years. CitySprint has acquired all of the firm’s staff and operations, including its local and national customer base, which it operates out of a site in Warrington. Hermes has revealed that each of its ParcelShops handled an average 60 parcels a week in the run up to Christmas, as more than 60,000 parcels were moved through the network during the festive period.
