Yodel delivered over 14 million parcels during the Christmas peak after investing heavily in planning and boosting capacity. Royal Mail is to extend its click and collect offering to all of its SME contract customers, giving them the opportunity to offer consumers the ability to collect parcels from a Post Office branch.
