Bibby Distribution has appointed former Wincanton director of transport for the UK and Ireland, Nick Graham, as divisional director.
Graham has over 25 years of experience in the logistics industry and is a member of the FTA's National Council.
CEO Iain Speak says: “Nick has a proven track record in leading efficient operations, managing acquisitions and supporting implementation programmes. This experience is invaluable, and Nick’s skillset and industry knowledge certainly compliment our business ambitions.”
His responsibilities at Wincanton included maximising fleet capacity and reducing operating costs.
Prior to Wincanton, Graham held positions at Hays, BOC Gases, Sericol and Pittards.
Last month Bibby won a contract with Morrisons to operate five regional consolidation centres (RCC) across the UK.
