The PetrolPromise campaign has signed up its 70th MP in support of its push for an Office of Fair Trading (OfT) investigation into the price of fuel. Chancellor George Osborne has cancelled the planned fuel duty rise in September 2014, confirming a commitment to a duty freeze he made at the Conservative Party Conference in September.
FairFuelUK (FFUK) is preparing it’s strongest argument yet as to why the government should stop raising fuel duty and actually lower it instead.
