Tyne and Wear-based David Price Food Services has gone into administration just over a year after entering a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).
Oxfordshire-based Interoute Transport Services has been placed into administration, and its transport business closed with immediate effect.
Gregory Distribution Limited snapped up the business, assets and goodwill of collapsed Oxfordshire firm Interoute Transport Services for just £75,000, according to the firm’s administrators.
