TIP Trailer Services, part of GE Capital, has opened its seventh authorised testing facility (ATF) in Essex, following a £120,000 depot upgrade. The Grays, Essex site offers LGV and ADR as well as hire and maintenance as part of a rolling programme to develop a network of ATFs. The trailer rental service also offers testing at its sites in Manchester, Dublin, Leeds, Liverpool, Felixstowe and Nuneaton, the first of which was launched two years ago.
