Acquired rights for transport managers

What is the background? In the 1970s, the traffic commissioners (TCs) issued grandfather rights’ certificates to transport managers to exempt them from the new CPC qualification. Scottish government consultation on reducing drink drive limits

What is the blood alcohol limit in the UK at the moment? The limit, which has remained unchanged since 1966, is 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.   What do operators need to know?
