UPS’s UK business recorded “modest growth” last year in both turnover and pre-tax profit, with revenue rises largely driven by its European and international businesses. Highbridge, Somerset-based RT Keedwell Holdings boosted its pre-tax profit almost 25-fold in the year to 31 October 2012, reporting pre-tax profit of £198,000 compared to just £8,000 the previous year as it recovered from a serious downturn in the construction sector.
