Bandvulc MD Patrick O'Connel (pictured, main) has stepped down to spend more time with parent company Continental, which bought the Devon-based tyre retreader last year.
O'Connel stepped down on 1 May.
He is replaced by former Continental sales and marketing director Arthur Gregg (pictured below), who served as integration manager when the business acquired Bandvulc.
Gregg said: "I have to thank Patrick and the team at Bandvulc who have made me feel welcome here over the last 10 months.
"They have built up a great business by having a fantastic team of people, which I am privileged to join and now lead.”
He added that heading up Bandvulc was "a wonderful opportunity to take on new challenges" after 14 years as a sales and marketing director.
O'Connel will remain based at the Bandvulc site but will work in retread research and development as well as innovation and technical advancement.
He will report to Continental HQ in Hannover.
