Deutsche Post DHL has had its offer to buy UK Mail for £242.7m cleared by the European Commission, bringing the deal one step closer to completion. DX Group sales and marketing director Paul Doble has warned that online retailers are in danger of overwhelming capacity on their distribution networks in the run up to Christmas.
