Europa Worldwide Group MD Andrew Baxter described today’s referendum result as “a great day for haulage”.
The haulier, which played host to the launch of Boris Johnson’s “leave” campaign back in March, revealed a specially designed livery to mark the UK’s decision to leave the EU (pictured).
In Europa’s trademark red, the trailer reads: “We love Europe, not the EU”.
Baxter said: “This is a great day for Britain. Even though the world does not yet seem to realise, Britain has just taken a step that will ultimately make it economically safer and more secure.
"The EU is on the wrong course. The Euro cannot work without a superstate, and a superstate will not work in practice. It's time for the EU to rethink its direction.”
