Woodland Logistics has purchased Courier Elite, based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Sean Kirby, MD at Woodland Logistics, which is part of the Woodland Group, said: “The addition of the Courier Elite business will strengthen our presence in Cambridgeshire, Northampton and the Midlands.
"The plan is to double the size of our national fleet of 155 vehicles in the next three to five years.”
Courier Elite has an O-licence for 16 vehicles and six trailers.
