Arrow XL improves customer satisfaction through live online tracking


 

Arrow XL has reported a significant boost in customer satisfaction since the launch of its AskAxl live tracking app last autumn. The two-man delivery firm said a third of its customers are now engaging with AskAxl, which provides real-time delivery status information and a live chat feature.
