Arrow XL has reported a significant boost in customer satisfaction since the launch of its AskAxl live tracking app last autumn. The two-man delivery firm said a third of its customers are now engaging with AskAxl, which provides real-time delivery status information and a live chat feature. Two man delivery group Panther Warehousing plans to launch a Sunday delivery service later this year, following a successful take up of the Saturday service the group launched in 2013.
Yodel has reduced and capped the amount of parcels it will handle during the Christmas peak, after the high volumes it experienced last year.
