DX Group has launched DX Parcel Exchange, which will allow customers to collect parcels from InPost and Doddle locations across the UK.

Customers using the service can use DX Parcel Exchange’s single web page to opt to collect a parcel from one of InPost’s lockers in supermarkets and petrol stations across the UK, or from one of Doddle’s 45 stores.

The move is a response to the rise in click and collect activity among online shoppers, according to the group’s chief strategy and marketing officer Stuart Goodman.

He said: “Consumers are clearly enjoying the flexibility and convenience that online shopping offers and now expect the same from their delivery providers. Convenient collection services are therefore integral to fitting in with customers’ busy lives.”

He added that he thought DX Parcel Exchange would quickly “become a key feature in the online retail market”.

The group said it will add collection locations to the service over time, which will “complement those of InPost and Doddle”.
