APC Overnight blamed changing types of freight for the dip in pre-tax profit that it saw in the last financial year. Parcel delivery network APC Overnight made a £4.42m pre-tax profit last year, a 30.4% increase on the previous year’s figures. Turnover for the year ended 31 March 2012 rose 13.5% to £65.7m (2010/11: £57.9m) as a result of increased customer demand.
