WH Malcolm saw both turnover and profit climb in its most recent financial year. The Linwood-based logistics and construction services group, saw turnover in the year to 31 January 2015 rise 11.2% to £199.9m (2014: £179.7m). Yodel’s annual loss increased by nearly half, its latest financial accounts reveal, despite a change in senior management and the firm’s extensive remodelling of its network.
Suckling Transport said business had been “encouraging” last year, with profit and turnover up 49% and 43% respectively.
