TNT Express has restructured its UK and Ireland international division sales force as part of a wider strategy to boost turnover and improve customer service. TNT Express is calling on the government to review the “often substantially inadequate” loading and unloading facilities in many city centres, in particular around Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) ‘hotspots’.
UPS has received a statement of objections from the European Commission as part of a competition review of its acquisition of TNT Express.
