Eezehaul

Following on from our previous post on the subject – pallet networks in the market for haulier members – it appears The Pallet Network (TPN) has been doing a bit of shopping of its own too.

At the start of the year, TPN revealed Eezehaul founder Mark Duggan had joined to become MD, with Adam Leonard stepping up to CEO.

At the time Duggan, who had run Eezehaul since 1998 as man-with-a-van, said: “I am very pleased to be stepping up to the helm of a network I joined early in its life, and believe in strongly.

“Adam has created a network which delivers excellence and has long-term, stable and successful relationships with its members. The pallet network market has now matured and my job is to facilitate the next wave of growth and development," Duggan added.

It appears that the arrangement also included buying the Crawley, West Sussex-based haulier out too, with documents filed at Companies House showing that TPN is now the 100% owner of the company.

According to Companies House, Eezehaul’s company secretary is now TPN’s financial director Paul Robinson, with Duggan remaining as a director, but John Hancock now MD at the firm. Melanie Jones is also director at the business.
