TfL will be launching the Freight Compliance Unit (FCU) this summer to serve as the central point for all enforcement activity against HGVs in the capital. Chester-based Edwin C Farrall Transport and Wimbledon firm ELB Partners have both been awarded silver status under Fors, TfL’s voluntary fleet recognition scheme.
