A new online planning tool has been designed to help local councils explore sustainable urban freight scenarios for their city centres. London Councils could improve cycling safety by relaxing the London Lorry Control Scheme (LLCS) to enable more deliveries to be made at night, the FTA has told Motortransport.co.uk.
