Star of Harry Potter, Return of the Jedi and the Spamalot musical Warwick Davies was on hand to unveil Solstor’s first Euro-6 Mercedes-Benz Actros – better known as The Pink Lady.
The truck and trailer’s pink livery, differing from Solstor’s regular blue, is in support of breast cancer charity the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
Solstor will also show the Actros at forthcoming Truckfests, and has already netted more than £12,000 for the charity through the sale of advertising space on the trailer to suppliers as well as a series of fund-raising events by staff.
