FFUK-manifesto

FairFuelUK launched its election manifesto at the House of Commons today, with a succession of MPs pledging to support the influential lobby group’s seven main campaign objectives.

These include a 3p cut in fuel duty to help stimulate economic growth, bringing UK fuel duty in line with other European Union countries and an independent inquiry into manipulation of the fuel supply market by speculators.

Conservative MP Jason McCartney, chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Fair Fuel, centre, and previous chairman of the group and fellow Conservative MP Robert Halfon, right, showed their support for FFUK founder Howard Cox at the launch.
