Leading independent fuel supplier Prax Petroleum is expanding its coverage of Wales and the South West of England with the opening of a terminal in Cardiff to add to its Dagenham and Immingham sites. Campaign group FairFuelUK (FFUK) has made a fresh call for the Chancellor to scrap January’s planned 3ppl rise in fuel duty, after figures from the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) showed a sharp fall in fuel consumption.
