Ceva Logistics has appointed Brett Bissell as chief operating officer for its contract logistics division.
In his new role, Bissell will be responsible for leading strategy processes, KPIs, growing Ceva’s worldwide contract logistics business.
He joined Ceva in 2011 as executive vice president for Latin America and helped transform the business in the region. Prior to that, he held numerous executive positions at Flextronics International and operational roles at Qualcomm, Motorola and Toshiba.
Ceva CEO Xavier Urbain, who took up his position earlier this year, said: “Brett’s strong track record and experience both at CEVA and prior to joining the company gives him an excellent understanding of Contract Logistics from the provider side as well as the customer side.”
