Unite says it is currently considering its course of action after talks with UPS earlier this week were unsuccessful.

A spokesman for the union said the two parties made “no progress” in talks on Monday (30 June), and it is currently considering its next steps. A spokeswoman for UPS declined to comment.

It plans to ballot members at UPS depots in Croydon, Barking, Feltham and Dartford over allegations of victimisation and forcing staff to handle unreasonable workloads.

The dispute began at its Camden depot last year and Untie held a one-day strike for staff at the site in November.
