Laundry-company Fishers Services has taken delivery of 25 Euro-5 Mercedes-Benz Axor trucks under derogation via Ryder.
The Axors are fitted with tail lifts and 27ft box bodies. They come after Fishers took 24 Daf trucks and Mercedes vans from Ryder late last year. All are replacements for the operator’s 87-strong fleet.
Michael Jones, MD of Fishers, said: “Having a first-rate HGV delivery fleet is fundamental to the reliable and flexible service that Fishers provides out hotel customers.
“This investment is hughley important to us as we continue to offer the most comprehensive service throughout Scotland the North of England.”
