Ceva Logistics has won a five-year contract with PVC-U window and door frame manufacturer REHAU.

The deal covers transport using a dedicated fleet of REHAU-liveried trucks across the UK and management of its 130,000ft² distribution centre in Runcorn, Cheshire.

Ceva makes on average 700 picks per day at the warehouse, which stores over 2,700 varieties of 830 products.

Ceva helped design the new warehouse for optimum storage capacity by evaluating the way products will be moved around.

Ian Robb, Ceva’s vice president of automotive, industrial and technology in the UK, said: “We have engineered our solution to support REHAU’s growth plans, and the partnership approach we have with our customers means that our management team is fully aligned to support such plans.

"We are delighted to secure this win and look forward to developing our relationship with REHAU even further across the contract term.”
