Palletways Platinum Club member Reason Transport has opened a new 20,000ft² warehouse at an old RAF base.
The new warehouse (and depot) is located at Heyford Park, near Bicester, on the former RAF Upper Heyford Air Base.
As part of the £1.5m expansion, Reason has created 15 full time jobs and added 11 vehicles to its fleet.
Alan Reason, MD of Reason Transport, said: “We have been operating for more than 60 years and have always put the needs of our customers first.
“I’m delighted to say that the investment allows us to offer both enhanced services to our existing customers, as well as extending our expertise to a new audience”.
The company, which has its main base on the Binley Industrial Estate in Coventry, has a combined O-licence for up to 26 vehicles.
